Girls Soccer

On October 4th, Rylie Lawton and Cailey Barnett scored two points for a loss of 2-3 against Whitesville in a Boliver-Richburg tournament.  Brainna Roys had 9 saves.


Shaylee Caulkins, Leah Garzel, and Brianna Roys each scored in the game against Kane on October 1st to win, 5-0.  Brianna Roys’ goal was a feed off of Rylie Lawton.  Emma Fox scored two points with the help of Autumn Freer and Cailey Barnett.  Cailey Barnett also got 5 saves, and Brianna got 7.


Cailey Barnett scored the only goal for the Gators, winning 1-0 on September 23rd. Tony Edgell said, “Eisenhower was a good team.It was a good mid-season test for us, and I’d say we passed.   Brianna Roys made 4 saves, shutting out the Lady Knights.


Port Allegany shut out Kane, 5-0 on September 16th. Brianna Roys made four saves. Emma Fox, Autumn Freer, and Shaylee Caulkins all got one goal each.  Rylie Lawton scored a pair of goals for the win.


On September 11th, Port shuts out Smethport 7-0.  Brianna roys, Shaylee Caulkins, Autumn Freer, Leah Garzel, Julia Young, Cailey Barnett, and Emma Fox, all scored goals for the Gators.  Brianna Roys and Cailey Barnett made 12 saves combined.


On September 5th, Port fell to Saint Marys, 7-3.  Brainna Roys made 5 keeper saves.  “We played a good game.” Coach Tony Edgell said about the game.  Port had opportunities they couldn’t finish.


Saturday, September 2nd, Port took a win against Smethport, 6-0.


On Friday, September 1st, Port Girls lot to Bradford by a score of 2-1. Keeper, Brianna Roys made 17 saves, only letting two by. Cailey Barnett scored the only goal made for the Gators.
